Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, the shipment will be picked up from your address within 48 hours, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours of the pickup.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At Nest Essentials, we take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit due to factors beyond our control. Please rest assured that we are always here to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return shipment is picked up and confirmed, an immediate refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed within 24 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to provide valid bank account details, UPI ID, UPI number, or a UPI QR code to initiate and process the refund.
